The room has an extremely pleasant ambience. The ceiling structures bathe the room in bright light and various lighting scenarios are possible. The window design is replicated on the opposite wall, thus giving the effect of being in a fully glazed function room. The materials and structures have been chosen with the comfort of you and your guests in mind. The "Borgward Saal" (Borgward Hall) also has a modern air conditioning system and excellent acoustics, enhanced by the high-quality carpeting.

Extending over two floors and accessed from the foyer, this function room can be tailored to suit all kinds of events and configurations. It is ideal for hosting events on a large scale. Guests can enjoy a clear view of the stage from the main floor or the gallery, so they won’t miss out on any speeches or performances. Depending on the occasion, the main floor can be set up with attractively decorated banquet tables or rows of seats. The room has a built-in 200 sqm stage as well as a control room for the stage equipment and lighting effects. Behind the stage there is a goods lift with a capacity of 4.5 tons. The entire rear section of the room opens out onto the foyer.
