More than 700,000 visitors a year are enchanted in one of the GOP Varieté theatres in Hanover, Essen, Bad Oeynhausen, Münster and Munich. The sixth theatre opened in Bremen in September 2013. International artists and entertainers who have the talent to reinterpret the art of variety between tradition and innovation will provide unforgettable moments.

The Vegesack Harbor Festival is a neighborhood celebration in Bremen's north, featuring ships, music, crafts, and much more at the old harbor in Vegesack. Since 1980, the Vegesack Harbor Festival has been celebrated annually. Every year, more than 170 concerts take place on eight stages in the Harbor Forest, at Utkiek, on Kitoplatz near the Signal Station, and other locations. Street musicians also take over the pedestrian zone, streets, and cafés in the city center. Up to 15 ships are available for harbor tours. Over 50 stands offer a wide range of goods, from diverse culinary delights to an extensive selection of beverages.
