Recipe for "Bircher muesli à la Maritim"
Original recipe for the Maritim mix (one portion = 170 g)
70 g Bircher muesli, 65 g UHT whole milk 3.5 %, 35 g cream yoghurt Greek style 10 %.
- Mix the milk and yoghurt.
- Fold in the Bircher muesli and place in a covered bowl in the fridge for about two hours.
- Then stir and serve with fruit of your choice.
