At Maritim we have placed value on sustainability and environmental protection for many years and have already achieved a great deal in this area. Currently, we are focussing in particular on climate protection. For all German Maritim locations, a so-called CO2 footprint ("Corporate Carbon Footprint") is created, a special sustainability check based on a variety of criteria, including energy consumption, waste volumes and emissions.

Environmental resposibility - make a difference here and now
With the "ProTomorrow" campaign, Maritim has launched a sustainability initiative in which you as our guest can actively participate. What you do: You forego the (daily) cleaning of your room and help us to conserve natural resources. What we do: For each room that does nor require (daily) cleaning, we support regional environmental and social projects in the vicinity of the respective hotel.
BABOR – Hair | Body | Hands
In collaboration with BABOR, a German family business with over 60 years of industry expertise, sustainable and resource-saving products are offered at Maritim Hotels. The environmentally friendly BABOR Refill System enables Maritim to save 1.5 tonnes of soap, and the reuse of dispensers reduces plastic consumption by 65 %.
