The "Ulm" room is located on the first floor of the conference centre and is ideally suited for small meetings, presentations, or as an efficient office space.

The "Salon Braunlage" (Braunlage Room) provides the ideal setting for successful presentations, relaxed conferences and focused meetings. Participants and speakers benefit from the pleasant ambience and comprehensive range of media and technical equipment.

We will set up the room according to your requirements and provide the necessary conference equipment along with professional support from our event technicians.
 

The 21 sqm "Citron" function room is ideal for small meetings, intimate gatherings or private conferences and can accommodate  8-10 guests, with three different seating options to choose from. The conference equipment provided comprises a pinboard, projection screen, podium, PA system and microphone system.

Start your day over a relaxed breakfast with your invited guests. Retreat to the "Salon Hamburg" (Hamburg Room) for your meeting and enjoy a comfortable setting with plenty of natural light and magnificent views of the Danube. Once the work is done, treat yourself and your guests to a sumptuous lunch or dinner and an exciting activity programme. Make your meeting a special experience.

Our six meeting rooms enjoy lots of natural light and in addition to the usual conveniences for meetings, also offer a magnificent view of Wuerzburg. They can be used for interviews, team meetings or a small seminar group. The meetings rooms are also suitable for use as a room for breakout sessions alongside a main plenary session, can be laid out with any seating arrangement and can accommodate up to 12 people.

For small meetings we highly recommend the "Salon Wilhelm Busch" (Wilhelm Busch Room) at the Maritim Airport Hotel Hannover. Whether you’re planning a short meeting, a team building incentive, a conference lasting several days or an interesting seminar, this attractive conference room is ideally suited to small events of all kinds and will add a touch of style. One of the room’s main highlights are the multimedia desks, which allow you to power your laptop no matter where you are sitting and share your screen using the projector. Your audio is played automatically through the built-in ceiling-mounted speakers.

For smaller gatherings, you can opt for our comfortable "Salon Lemgo" (Lemgo Room). You and your guests can meet and communicate here without being disturbed. Floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow natural light to flood into the room and provide a direct view of the surrounding greenery, also create a relaxed ambience. Equipped with the latest technology and conference materials, this room can meet your every need.

The Breakout Rooms II-VII are located adjacent to each other on the second floor of the hotel and feature similar dimensions and amenities. As there are no other rooms on this floor, you can conduct your meetings in absolute privacy. Additionally, all rooms offer a lovely view of the canal and the nearby boat dock.

With stylish furnishings, minimalist design and a room flooded with light, you can turn your event in the "Salon Lohrberg" (Lohrberg Room) into a high-quality conference with an innovative character. Up to 70 people can be seated in theatre-style seating on 111 sqm.
