The package includes internet access for all participants as well as other technical equipment in the room and catering. And if that’s not enough, you can choose from a wide range of attractive additional services with which we can design your event according to your individual wishes and requirements.

All rooms will be seated at least 1.5 m apart (on request and with surcharge) and well ventilated before the start of the conference. We recommend that you increase the break times and provide fresh air during each break. At the coffee break station you will find a selection of fruit, changing sweet & savoury snacks, a candy bar & mixed nuts as well as various coffee specialities, a selection of teas, flavoured water etc.
