Frequently asked questions regarding the Maritim PartnerCard

Although payments via Maritim PartnerCard won't be available no longer, until December 31st 2020 rebates can be earned and redeemed as usual. 

If you decide to become a MyMaritim Member, your Maritim PartnerCard balance will be automatically transfered to MyMaritim points once you've signed up for our new program. The points are converted on basis 1:100. This means, for example, that 10 euros Maritim PartnerCard  balance will be converted into 1,000 MyMaritim points, which you can redeem on your next booking via

If you do not want to become a MyMaritim member, you have 6 month time to redeem your remaining Maritim PartnerCard balance by bookings in our central reservation centre until Juni 30th 2021 via phone number +49 (0) 6151 905-760 or email to    

The Maritim PartnerCard annual fee paid already for 2020/2021 will be converted partially into points and added to your MyMaritim account as well. You'll receive 167 points per month. (Example: You've paid the full 2020/2021 membership fee (20 euros) in October 2020. This means that you will receive the amount for 10 months in which you can no longer use the Maritim PartnerCard at the end of the program in points. In this case 10 x 167 =  1,670 points. 

Your cocktail vouchers can be redeemed until December 31st 2021 in all Maritim Hotels. A cash payment is not possible.  

The Maritim PartnerCard program will be terminated and your account will be closed. As long as you still have Maritim PartnerCard credit, your data will be stored due to legal regulations in compliance with EU data protection regulations. Your personal data will not be automatically transferred to the new bonus program MyMaritim. You will need to register again and accept MyMaritim's terms & conditions.  

A MyMaritim Membership pays off from day one! Immediately after registering, you have access to the cheapest overnight rates and receive a welcome gift of 1,000 points that you can redeem for your next booking. In future, you will collect points every time you book via the Maritim website and receive many extras that will make your stay with us even more pleasant. You also benefit from three different status levels, which, depending on the number of overnight stays per year, give you even more exclusive benefits.

Your Maritim PartnerCard will automatically expire on December 31st, 2020. It is not necessary to send your card back to Maritim. For security reasons, please cut up the magnetic strips and chips before disposing of the card.

If you, as a Maritim PartnerCard holder, have already made bookings for 2021 in 2020, we will of course credit you with the points according to your turnover when you have registered in our new MyMaritim program. Please send the corresponding invoice to after your departure.
