Travel information during the Corona pandemic

Dear guests,

We are very pleased to welcome all guests back to our hotel, under certain conditions imposed by the authorities.

Due to official requirements because of the Corona pandemic, there may still be restrictions on the hotel's services. This concerns especially the wellness facilities and restaurants. The general usability of some facilities is therefore not part of the contract. However, we will of course make available all facilities where there is no prohibition to the contrary. Restrictions also exist with regard to the obligation to wear masks, hand disinfection, distance rules to be observed or the restriction of contact with other guests.

Arrival

  • All arriving guests (except vaccinated, recovered and children under 6 years) must present a negative test on arrival (antigen rapid test or PCR test max. 48 hours). Proof of double vaccination or recovery can be presented.
  • Since 1st August 2021, all persons entering Germany aged twelve and over must have a negative test certificate, a convalescent certificate or proof of complete vaccination.

Corona tests

Coronal testing is possible in various test centres in Dusseldorf. The nearest test centre is located directly in the neighbouring airport.

Please note that you need to register for the test at all test centers.

A negative corona test must be submitted after each additional four days.

 

 

Restaurants

Our restaurant Classico is open for breakfast in the morning and for a-la-carte during the day/evening.

Indoor catering: Admission only for vaccinated, recovered or tested persons.
Our overnight guests do not have to retest when they visit the hotel restaurant.

Before your visit to the restaurant, please make a table reservation, taking into account the contact restrictions according to the state ordinance North Rhine Westphalia. 

With the help of the luca app, you are able to check in at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
