Information during the Corona pandemic

Dear guests,

We are very pleased to welcome all guests back to our hotel, under certain conditions imposed by the authorities.

Due to official requirements because of the Corona pandemic, there may still be restrictions on the hotel's services. This concerns especially the wellness facilities and restaurants. The general usability of some facilities is therefore not part of the contract. However, we will of course make available all facilities where there is no prohibition to the contrary. Restrictions also exist with regard to the obligation to wear masks, hand disinfection, distance rules to be observed or the restriction of contact with other guests.

Mandatory wearing of masks at some events

At events held in enclosed spaces, all participants must wear mouth/nose coverings, except:

  • at events inside closed rooms with up to 100 guests present at the same time, if they are in fixed seats or standing places and behave passively
  • for the person giving the lecture
  • for persons whose presence is required for professional, business or official purposes, if the wearing of a mouth/nose covering is incompatible with these purposes
  • for persons singing or using wind instruments in the course of performances or rehearsals
  • for events for private purposes, such as private parties and celebrations

Furthermore, masks are not compulsory for the following persons

  • children up to six years of age
  • persons who are unable to wear a mask due to a physical, mental or psychological impairment and who can credibly prove this by presenting a medical or psychotherapeutic certificate
  • for sign language interpreters, communication assistants or communication aides working for persons with a hearing impairment who use a visor covering the whole face.

(Meaning medical or comparable mask or with a mask without an exhalation valve of the FFP2, FFP3, N95, KN95, P2, DS2 or KF94 standards).

Hygiene information

With simple measures you can help to protect yourself and others from infectious diseases.

  • Keeping a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other people is recommended.
  • Sneeze or cough in the crook of your arm or in a handkerchief and then dispose of the handkerchief in a lidded waste bin.
  • Keep your hands away from your face – avoid touching your mouth, eyes or nose with your hands.
  • Wash your hands regularly and sufficiently long (at least 20 seconds) with soap and water – especially after blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing.
  • Avoid contact (such as shaking hands or hugging) when greeting or saying goodbye to other people.
