The various conference rate options we've created form the ideal foundation upon which to build your event plans: they're bookable in all Maritim Hotels and can be expanded with tailor made services to meet your requirement. Not only are we going to make our conference rates cheaper for you in our anniversary year, but we're literally sweetening the deal even further with a free component on top.

Based on a minimum group size of 10 delegates

Maritim Green Meeting: from 63 € per person

  • Room hire and set-up costs for a suitable conference room
  • Re-useable writing pads with FSC-certified** paper and biodegradable pens
  • A suitable data projector*, screen, flipchart and pin board in the conference room
  • A "sweet surprise " from fair trade sources for each participant (UTZ-certified***)
  • Two conference drinks (e.g. Bionade® 0.33 l or mineral water 0.5 l)
  • Fair trade coffee, tea, smoothies and vegetable sticks with a cream cheese and chive dip or seasonal fruits supplied mostly by regional farmers during the morning break
  • Three course lunches and buffets with vegetarian provisions at the chef’s discretion composed of freshly-harvested natural ingredients sourced locally and one drink (e.g. Bionade® 0.33 l or mineral water 0.5 l)
  • Fair trade coffee, tee and traditional baked goods using regional ingredients during the afternoon break

Maritim Exklusiv: from 73 € per person

  • Room hire and set-up costs for a suitable conference room
  • Leather writing pad with paper and pens
  • A suitable data projector, screen, flip chart and pin board in the conference room
  • Unlimited soft drinks in the main room and all breakout rooms
  • Coffee break with coffee, tea, speciality coffees and small delicacies in the morning
  • Chef's choice lunch or evening dinner or standing buffet including all non alcoholic drinks
  • Coffee, tea or speciality coffees after meal
  • Coffee break with coffee, tea or speciality coffees and various sweet goodies in the afternoon

We are pleased to offer you these flat rates also as half-day rates for 62.50 € per person in the period from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., less a coffee break.

Maritim à la carte: from 47 € per person

  • Room hire and set-up costs for a suitable conference room
  • Leather writing pad with paper and pens
  • A suitable data projector*, screen and flip chart in the conference room
  • Coffee break with coffee and tea in the morning
  • One soft drink (0.2 or 0.25 l) in the morning
  • Chef’s choice 3-course menu or lunch buffet
  • Coffee break with coffee and tea in the afternoon
  • One soft drink (0.2 or 0.25 l) in the afternoon

Maritim Congress: from 55 € per person

  • Room hire including seating/tables in the plenum
  • Committee table and lectern including mineral water
  • PA system with up to five microphones including technical support
  • Data projector (determined by room size) with front projection
  • Registration table
  • A conference office and a speaker's room for presentation preparation, each with LAN internet access for up to five users
  • Tea, coffee and mineral water for up to five people in both the conference office and the speaker's room
  • Complimentary use of two flag poles
  • Wi-fi
  • Event coordinator and event technician
