Active programmes

Experience one of the best walking routes in Germany. The 320 km long Rheinsteig is located east of the Rhine between Bonn, Koblenz and Wiesbaden and winds up and down challenging slopes mainly on narrow paths incorporating forests, vineyards and spectacular views. With its excellent signposting and tight network of paths, it is perfect for ambitious long-distance trails or varied short routes. The seven mountains around Königswinter offer nine attractive short routes.
