Celebrated à-la-carte restaurant with Mediterranean specialties and scrumptious pizzas fresh from the stone oven. The ceiling in this authentic Maltese bistro takes its design from traditional cellar vaulting and adds to its rustic flair. Diners can see into the kitchen and watch the progress of their order as it is transformed from fresh ingredients to mouthwatering meal.
The amount of 11 € is deducted from the bill per half board guest.

Enjoy a special evening in this exclusive, multi-award-wining first class à-la-carte restaurant. The superb international menu combined with one of the island's best stocked wine cellars ensures even the most discerning of diners is delighted. Hotel guests that have booked the buffet breakfast receive a 5% discount while those that have booked half board receive 15% off.
