Heading up a team of wellness professionals is Kathrin Kühn. Amongst her expertises, the officially accredited beautician also completed a two year course in Ayurveda therapeutics. Determining skin type and individual requirements through professional consultation plays an important role before beginning any treatment. It's all part of the service that ensures maximum benefits for mind, body and soul!

VitaSol Therme
Swimming in the salty warm waters of the VitaSol Therme is like being carried along by gentle hands. From its source over 1,000 metres below Bad Salzuflen, muscle relaxation is provided by the water's 32°C temperature and buoyancy through its 3% mineral salt content. The body becomes weightless as the warm waters caress the skin - ensuring relaxation and a heightened sense of wellbeing.
The expansive bathing landscape and outdoor swimming pools are filled by the facility's own subterranean source. The VitaSol Therme also has a comprehensive range of amenities complementing the pools including Finnish saunas with various temperatures, a number of log cabin-style saunas outside with an adjoining wading pond and a fitness club with an extensive aerobics program, exercise machines and free-weights.
