Nothing is associated with the Hanseatic city of Lübeck more than the Holsten Gate and the marzipan made by Niederegger. The sugar-almond confection has been produced in the city for over two centuries and the name Niederegger is cherished around the world for its superb quality and taste. Those entering the Café Niederegger can also visit the museum upstairs.
