The Maritim Hotel Würzburg and the adjoining Congress Centre provide place for large events, conference, as well as festivities in the private or business ambit. Besides the Franconia Hall with a stage, which can accommodate up to 1,635 persons, the hotel and the Congress Centre have another 13 conference and meeting rooms as well as a spacious foyer with up to 1,268 sqm of exhibition space. We provide, among other things, beamers, overhead projectors, mobile screens (forward and back projection), laptops, pin boards, flipcharts, lecterns, sound systems, analogue telephone connections, ISDN and high-speed Internet in all the conference rooms, as well as wireless LAN in all the conference rooms within the Hotel and Congress Centre.

All conference rooms have fixed, rolling screens, mobile sound systems and the possibility of networking the conference halls together and also with the Congress Centre. Professional, mobile video/data beamers are available. Every conference room has a telephone connection and the possibility of bringing in four more connections (analogue, ISDN, network, broadband Internet (3 MBit/s)). Every hall is equipped with dimmable artificial lights and also has natural daylight.
