The Maritim Hotel Magdeburg is the ideal partner for conferences and meetings as well as celebrations in the private or business domain, as well as for sports events. The Saal Maritim with stage can accommodate up to 1,660 persons, the Otto-von-Guericke Hall with stage is suitable for events for up to 310 persons. In addition to this you can choose from another 16 excellently equipped conference rooms, ranging from 25 to 235 sqm in size. All event areas in the hotel are illuminated by daylight.
Besides this, the Villa Bennewitz also offers a very special ambience, a lordly villa with park in the heart of Magdeburg. Weddings and family celebrations are organised here with preference, but the spaces also lend themselves to other events such as business lunches, meetings for up to 25 persons and presentations. We provide beamers, pin boards, flipcharts, lecterns, microphone systems, Wireless LAN throughout the entire events area, ISDN, use of the business centre and the photocopier service possible
Both halls have a large built in stage with sound systems made for events, sound mixer with 16 signal channels and up to 4 output channels, built in projection screens, video and data projectors and lighting consoles
Appropriately sized canvas screens with electrical motors in the halls, sound distribution through professional loudspeakers installed in the roof (100 V-equipment) or mobile loudspeakers and dimmable lighting. Every conference room has connections for telephone, fax and ISDN and Internet via network cable.
