From logistics through to fulfilment - wherever you want to conduct business or get down and party - MECS has the resources and experience to make sure the event goes off without a hitch!

Technology

Directions to the individual meeting rooms and event areas are given via a visitor guidance system (strategically-placed computer controlled flatscreens).

Hall/Berlin Hall

Both halls have large built-in stages with professional PA systems that enable broadcasting adjustments according to the event. The audio mixers and control panels oversee 32/40 signal pathways with up to 19 signal outs, strategically well distributed multicore connections for light and sound, a wireless digital conference system with up to 40 speech settings, built-in forward- and rear projection screens, video beamers and data projectors. Both halls have high-end, state of the art lighting control systems to ensure the right mood for every event. Both also have dedicated exterior hook-up panels for mobile broadcasting vehicles (TRIAX-camera feed).

Media Infrastructure in the Conference Rooms Located on the Ground- and First Floors:

High-end beamers, motorised electronic screens 2.5 x 3.5 m, PA through professional ceiling speakers (100 V technology) or mobile speakers, programmable lighting with scene playback. A CAT 7 network between the conference rooms is possible. Every conference room is equipped with sockets for telephones, faxes, ISDN devices and LAN (with SDSL transfer speeds of 34 MB/s).

Media Infrastructure in the Conference Rooms Located on the Second Floor:

High-end beamers, motorised electronic screens 4.8 x 2.8 m, PA through duplex ceiling speakers and amplified feeder unit, programmable lighting with scene playback. A network between the conference rooms is possible. Every conference room is equipped with sockets for telephones, faxes, ISDN devices and LAN (with SDSL transfer speeds of 34 MB/s). Wireless LAN (T-Com) is available in all public areas of the hotel.
